    The city of Strurgeon Bay and the Village of Sister Bay have municipal sewer and water systems. Most of the other villages have sewer systems. Anytime you get outside of the villages, homes will need private wells and septic systems. There is a good resource available - the booklet "Door County Guide to Small Wastewater Systems" .
